Delivery and shipping

All orders are shipped FREE of charge to the lower 48 states by USPS or UPS with most deliveries occurring within 1-3 business days.

You may be able to upgrade your deliver service to a 2-Day Air or Overnight for an additional charge during the checkout process. If you upgrade back-ordered or pre-sale items they will ship when they are in-stock, using your upgraded shipping method.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST on a business day are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

Same Day Shipping Cut-off Time

Most orders placed by 1:00 PM EST on a business day for in-stock items are shipped the same day. All other orders for in-stock items are shipped the next business day.

Order Shipment Notification & Package Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped out you will receive an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include the tracking number to track delivery with carrier.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the United States.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for Carrier, weather, or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience due to shipping delays beyond our control.

Changing an Address on an Order

Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame before it ships. Once an order has shipped we can’t change the order or the address.

If you need to change the address you can log into the carrier account and follow instructions to change the delivery. You will be responsible for applicable charges.

How to Cancel an Order

If you are looking to cancel an order that was recently placed, please contact us immediately at 1 (954) 942-3600 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am & 5pm EST and one of our Support Reps will be able to assist you. If you need to contact us outside of our regular business hours, you may contact us via email at Marketing.us@sergeferrari.com.

Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel, so we can’t guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
